I don’t know how we’ve lived in Salt Lake for over two years and not been to The Rose Establishment until now. It’s the perfect spot for a warm drink on a cold Saturday morning. It feels like you’ve stepped into a classic Portland coffee shop, complete with an array of artistic hipsters, vintage furnishings, and delicious gluten free muffins. It is totally charming and we’ll be regular patrons I’m sure.
