Tribute to Audrey

On January 20, 1993 the legendary and elegant Ms. Audrey Hepburn died of cancer. Today is the anniversary. Known for her fashionable attire, thin frame, and humanitarian efforts, Audrey stood as an icon to many. She was timeless.

She graced the screen with notable leading men like Gary Cooper, Cary Grant, Rex Harrison, Humphrey Bogart, Fred Astaire, James Garner and Peter O’Toole. After her last film, Audrey devoted the rest of her life to the cause of UNICEF. Having endured the German occupation of the Netherlands in her childhood, and grateful for the aid that saved her family, she dedicated her time and energies to helping impoverished children in poor countries throughout the world.

I have always loved Audrey Hepburn, and I always will. She was an incredible person. Her personality, beauty, and flare captured directors, audiences, and the world.
