We’re trying really hard to improve our health initiatives this summer. Brent’s schedule for grad school and my busy season for the Ballet fall during the same string of crazy months (September-May). We eat healthy and keep to a general exercise schedule, but we usually don’t have as much time as we’d like to dedicate to a consistent workout plan. The summer ends up being our focused time to get ourselves back on track and make some headway. This article from the Huffington Post is just more of a reminder how important it really is.
