Good morning! Happy Monday. It’s the beginning of another week, and what better way to start it than with gluten-free homemade blueberry muffins.
These look delicious. I’m gradually finding more and more gluten free foods which is great – have you heard of the ‘Red Velvet and Chocolate Heartache’ baking book? It’s not specifically gluten free but most recipes in there are – and are made with wonderfully random things like butternut squash and courgettes. They are delicious!
Hey Helen. I haven’t heard of that book, but it sounds great. I’ll have to check it out – I’m always looking for creative solutions to eating gluten-free. And yes, the muffins were delicious!

Shakespeare said it best: "The world's a city full of straying streets." If you just wander, it's amazing what you'll find and where you'll end up.
